ABOUT THE ARTIST

While Fatima has been creating art in many forms throughout her life it was not until 2016 that her desire to create art on a full-time basis began. Though Fatima had graduated from University with Science based degree, she always knew this was not where her passion lay. 

Fatima continued art as a hobby after University, but did not pursue it as a professional career until 2022. 

Currently residing in a small town in the North of UK, Fatima draws her inspiration from nature and the beautiful countryside. As a self-taught artist, she also draws inspiration from talented artists such as Igor Sakharov and Leonid Afremov.

My deep-rooted passion for art blossomed early on, sparked by a keen admiration for creative expression that I carried since childhood. Drawing and painting were not just activities but access to a world where my imagination could soar freely.

Despite studying Forensic Science, my heart remained fixed to my love for art. 

 Transitioning art from a pastime to a professional career marked a significant turning point in my artistic evolution. Through this dedicated pursuit, I discovered new depths of skill and creativity, allowing my talent to flourish and my artistic voice to resonate with newfound clarity and purpose.
